And we’re off!

We’ve had a wonderful first week at our new yoga home – after a fantastic opening, yoga classes have started with great energy. In all kinds of weather (which we’ve certainly had lately) the space is bright, warm, inspiring, nurturing, spacious, and cozy, with big trees and a quiet canal outside the window – it’s like a yoga retreat right in the center of town.

Here is the CURRENT WEEKLY SCHEDULE of drop-in yoga classes – everyone is welcome!

Monday through Friday, 10.00 – 11.30
*Wednesday mornings start in October

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 19.00 – 20.30

Mondays, 18.00

Saturday and Sunday, 10.30 – 12.15

Drop-in classes are appropriate for all levels.

Please wear whatever you feel comfortable stretching in – yoga mats, cushions, and towels are provided but you can bring your own if you’d like to.

Doors open about 20 minutes before each class, and tea is served after classes so feel free to stay if you’d like.

SATSANG, the first and third Sundays of every month:

Come join us for a Sivananda satsang this Sunday, September 19th at 16.00! There will be a guided meditation and uplifting yogic chanting, then something sweet to eat with tea afterward. Come one and all – just bring your open voice and good energy :)


The Beginners Yoga Course that started on Monday, September 20th is FULL.  Stay tuned for news of the next one, coming soon!
