Learn the basics of preparing a delicious vegetarian meal using Ayurvedic principles. We’ll start with a short introduction to Ayurveda after which we will start cooking. We’ll all enjoy dinner together and you’ll go home with lots of new recipes and ideas for the festive winter season. Join us for a guided meditation and uplifting Sanskrit yogic chants, in the traditional yogic practice of devotion. Come one and all – just bring your open voice and good energy!

Monday through Friday: 10.00 – 11.30
Saturday & Sunday: 10.30 – 12.15
Drop-in classes are appropriate for all-levels.
Please wear whatever you feel comfortable stretching in, yoga mats, cushions, and towels are provided but you can bring your own if you’d like.
Doors open 20 minutes before each class and tea is served after classes so feel free to stay if you’d like.
