ADVANCED YOGA CLASS and SATSANG
This two-hour class is for those with a good knowledge of the Sivananda class and would like to practice more challenging variations and hold postures longer.
*There will be a SATSANG (meditation & chanting) from 16.00 – 17.30 afterwards…to make it a mini yoga retreat afternoon :)
8-WEEK BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE – still a few spaces!
Mondays from 18.30 – 19.30

Learn basic yoga postures, breathing exercises, and simple meditation techniques. An excellent way to learn about yoga in a thorough and fun manner along with a regular group of fellow beginners!
