July/August Schedule of Yoga Classes

Mornings: 
Mondays, 10.00 – 11.30
Wednesdays, 10.00 – 11.30
Fridays, 10.00 – 11.30
Saturdays, 10.30 – 12.15
Sundays, 10.30 – 12.15

Evenings:
Mondays, 19.30 – 21.00
Tuesdays, 19.00 – 20.30
Wednesdays, 19.00 – 20.30
*Thursdays, 18.30 – 20.30 – INTERMEDIATE
*knowledge of the Sivananda basic series is required.

The Tuesday morning Early Bird and Mama & Baby Yoga classes have now STOPPED and will start up again in September.

Please wear whatever you feel comfortable stretching in…yoga mats, cushions, and towels are provided but you can bring your own if you’d like to.

Doors open about 20 minutes before each class, and tea is served after classes so feel free to stay if you’d like.
