In this workshop we will discover practical ways to use herbs, spices and foods that we naturally have in our kitchens to cure and prevent minor ailments such as coughs, colds, sore throats, headaches, dry skin, flu and other winter-related imbalances. We will also learn some profound Ayurvedic remedies to improve our overall immunity and a recipe for a special winter tea to keep us warm and nourished. This is a perfect time to learn some practical (and delicious) ways to keep happy and healthy through the coming winter months….come join us!
