Winter Yoga Retreat

Greetings everyone!

We are really excited about our Winter Yoga Retreat Weekend from February 24th to 26th and hope you will join us!

Take this mid-winter time to rejuvenate and keep shiny and bright with twice daily yoga classes, meditation and chanting, fresh air, delicious food, special workshops, great people and plenty of free time to be social or introspective as you’d like. We’ll be surrounded by pristine nature at a peaceful, simple and beautiful retreat house in the Betuwe, just one hour by train from Amsterdam. Everyone is welcome!

Friday afternoon, February 24th – Sunday evening, February 26th

In keeping with the Sivananda tradition, the daily schedule will be as follows:

6.00 – Wake up
6.30 – Satsang (silent meditation, mantra chanting and reading)
8.00 – Yoga Class
10.00 – Brunch (all meals will be vegetarian and mostly organic)
After brunch – free time: read, take a walk, join in planned workshops, socialize, write, RELAX
14.00 – Light snack
16.00 – Yoga Class
18.00 – Supper
20.00 – Satsang

All yoga classes will be taught by Liese van Dam and Susan Nicolas and the food will be prepared by wonderful ayurvedic cook Daniëlle van den Stroom of the Soul Food Company: www.thesoulfoodcompany.com

The all-inclusive cost (meals, dorm accommodation, classes, and workshops) for the retreat is €270. To secure your place please deposit the payment into the following account: 4879936, E.M. van Dam

*Cancellation policy: there is no refund unless you find another participant to take your place or if we have someone on a waiting list to take your place. In that case the administration fee is €25.

The retreat is limited to 17 people and is booked on a first-come basis – our past retreats have been popular and have quickly filled up so if you would like to come don’t wait too long to let us know. It would be wonderful if you joined us!
