Learn basic yoga postures, breathing practices and meditation techniques and bring lots of energy, relaxation and well-being to your life! Whether you’re completely new to yoga or you’ve taken the beginners course before and prefer to continue at a beginners level – this class is for YOU! And if not, feel free to pass it on :)
