8-Week Beginners Yoga Course – coming up!

Do you want to learn yoga but don’t feel ready yet to jump into an all-levels class? Then this course is for you!Yoga-for-a-Start-For-Beginners

We’ll start with very basic yoga practices and each week gradually add more information – until by the end you’ll feel the many positive benefits of yoga and will be comfortable with the full class.

Starts Thursday, February 5th
8 Thursdays, from 20.00 – 21.15
Taught by Susan, in English
€125, including book, Yoga: Mind & Body

There will be lots of support and opportunity for questions in a small group with fellow beginners. All sizes, shapes, ages and nationalities are very welcome!
