Satsang: meditation and chanting, 18.00 – 19.30
Come for one or both events…yoga and meditation supplies are provided, just bring (or wear) comfy clothes for yoga, any musical instruments you’d like and your open voice, open heart and open mind. We’ll be very happy to see you there!
