We are happy to announce that the FRIDAY MORNING CLASS will return to our schedule!! It will be will be taught by our wonderful community of Sivananda Yoga teachers, and will take place from 10.00 – 11.30. Everyone is very welcome!
Weekly schedule of classes:
Mondays 10.00 – 11.30
Tuesdays 19.00 – 20.30
Thursdays 18.30 – 20.30
Fridays 10.00 – 11.30 – starting May 6th
Saturdays 10.30 – 12.15
All classes include breathing exercises, postures, mantras, and meditation and are for all levels from complete beginners to more intermediate students. We look forward to welcoming YOU!
