_MG_3853We’re glad to let you know that two weekly yoga classes will continue through the summer – come join us anytime!

Until Thursday, September 1st:

Tuesday evenings 19.00 – 20.30

Saturday mornings 10.30 – 12.15

CD Susan YogaIf you’re not able to make it to a class you can practice along with a CD to keep up your practice at home with a familiar voice guiding you. We offer an 80- minute Sivananda yoga class on CD, taught by Susan Bhagavati. Mantras, breathing exercises, sun salutations, 12 postures and final relaxation are included.
