Friday Morning Yoga – by donation!
Pay whatever you’d like for our Friday morning class – students, low-income, and unemployed folks are warmly welcome. The class is taught by our wonderful community of Sivananda Yoga teachers, every Friday from 10.00 – 11.30.
Weekly Schedule of Drop-In Yoga Classes:
Mondays 10.00 – 11.30
Tuesdays 19.00 – 20.30
Thursdays 18.30 – 20.30
Fridays 10.00 – 11.30
Saturdays 10.30 – 12.15
Classes include breathing exercises, postures, mantras, and meditation for a thoroughly energizing and relaxing overhaul. Variations are offered so you can always adjust according to your physical ability and energy level – complete beginners to advanced students are very welcome!

On Sunday, November 6th, our dear friend Pernille Christensen, acupuncturist and yoga teacher, will teach a workshop on Yoga and the Chinese Meridians – exploring how our awareness of lines of energy in the body can greatly deepen our asana practice.
