Yoga Class 16.00 – 17.30, taught by Susan
Sivananda Satsang 18.00 – 19.30 – Guided meditation, singing, inspiring words and then something sweet to eat with tea.
PLEASE NOTE: The Saturday morning class has now PAUSED until the new year. The other classes will continue until December 24th, when we will take a break until January 2nd.
