This course is an excellent way to learn basic yoga postures, breathing exercises, and simple meditation techniques in a fun and detailed manner along with a regular group of fellow beginners.

In each class we practice breathing exercises, postures, mantras, and meditation for a thoroughly energizing and relaxing overhaul. Variations are offered so you can always adjust according to your physical ability and energy level – everyone is welcome!
