If you want to learn yoga but don’t feel ready to jump into a regular class yet, this course is for YOU! Here’s info:
◆ The course begins on Monday, 6 March, from 19.00 – 20.15, at Begijnensteeg #1.
◆ Classes will be taught in English by Susan Bhagavati.
◆ Learn and practice basic hatha yoga postures, breathing exercises, and simple meditation techniques, in a fun and detailed manner along with a regular group of fellow beginners.
◆ Each class will build on the previous and new postures and techniques will be introduced each week.
◆ Fee for the eight weeks is €125, including a copy of the book ‘Yoga: Mind & Body’ and a CD of an 80-minute yoga class.
