Wednesdays 15.30 – 17.00 – online or live

Saturdays 10.30 – 12.00

PLEASE NOTE: here are some extra measures to observe during this corona time:

  • Stay home if you or your roommates have flu symptoms, or if you are coughing or sneezing and/or have a fever.
  • It is now mandatory to sign in before each class to save your place – send a message to yogacommunityom@gmail.com and indicate which class you are signing in for.
  • Please bring your own mat and cushion.
  • Keep 1,5 meters distance in the studio.
  • Disinfect your hands upon entering.
  • Limit bathroom use as much as possible.
  • Best to arrive already in your yoga clothes – if that isn’t possible then put street clothes and other belongings in a plastic bag.

Let’s all respect this protocol with the attitude of taking care of each other and ourselves with compassion and respect, in keeping with our yoga practice.
