As we turn the corner towards Spring it’s a perfect time to cultivate good habits and make positive intentions to stay nurtured and uplifted.

Join us for weekly online yoga classes from wherever you are and let’s bloom into Spring together:

Mondays 9.00 – 10.30
Tuesdays 19.00 – 20.30
Thursdays 17.00 – 18.30
Saturdays 10.30 – noon
