Saturdays will also be streamed ONLINE, so if you prefer to practice from home, that’s also great (at the usual link).

LIVE and ONLINE
Saturdays 10.30 – noon, with mantra singing afterwards
ONLINE ONLY:
Mondays 9.00 – 10.30
Tuesdays 18.30 – 20.00
Thursdays 15.00 – 16.00 YIN
