Great news! From this Saturday two weekly classes will be LIVE at Svaha Downtown, hoeraaa!

Here is the schedule:

Classes at Svaha, Begijnensteeg #1:

Tuesdays 18.30 – 20.00
Saturdays 10.30 – noon, with mantra chanting afterwards

Continuing ONLINE classes, in your own home:

Mondays 9.00 – 10.30
Saturdays 10.30 – noon
