Note: People are more important to us than money. No one will be turned away due to financial hardship….please contact us to make special arrangements.
DETAILS ABOUT CLASSES:
Please wear whatever you feel comfortable stretching in and bring your own mat and cushion.
To get the most out of your practice we recommend you do not eat for at least an hour before class.
Doors open about 15 minutes before each class – it’s best to arrive on time, especially when it’s your first visit. Latecomers will not be admitted after the class starts.
Classes are taught in English.

I enjoyed your mantra evening with Noor Palazzi so much and would like to offer it to my students in my yoga studio in Haarlem.
